☐ My child demonstrates interest in participating in a virtual learning environment and understands the expectations associated with online coursework.
☐ My child demonstrates grade-level academic skills across core content areas (Math, Reading, Science, and Social Studies).

☐ My child reads at grade level and is able to independently comprehend digital instructional materials.
(Minimum 1040 Lexile, based on STAR Reading or an equivalent assessment.)
☐ My child demonstrates grade-level proficiency in mathematics.
(Based on STAR Math or an equivalent assessment.)
☐ My child can clearly communicate ideas in writing and participate in digital communication with teachers and peers.
