Click the clock in the bottom right.
Click the power icon.
Wait 30 seconds.
Turn it back on.
Make sure you are connected to your home network.
Turn WiFi off and back on.
Restart your router if needed.
Move closer to the router.
Make sure the charger is fully plugged into both the wall and Chromebook.
Try a different outlet.
Check for damage to the charging cable.
Contact Ms. Card at 706-748-5453 if:
Your Chromebook is physically damaged.
The device will not power on.
You are unable to log in after troubleshooting.
The issue continues after restarting.
You believe your device needs replacement.
Ms. Card will assist you with scheduling a time to come into our office for Chromebook troubleshooting or replacement.
