End of Year Bash Attendance Required for Grades 6-11.
May 21st, 11:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.
Location: St. Mary’s Elementary School GYM
Attendance is required for all students grades 6-11 to return LVA-issued electronics, even if they do not stay for the full event.
Items to return:
💻 Chromebook
🔌 Charger
💼 Case
📶 MiFi device
🎧 Headphones
Students may leave after returning devices; full event participation is optional.
Upcoming Events
Senior Dinner
May 5th, 6:00 PM
Location: St. Mary’s Elementary School
Seniors may bring up to two guests.
Attire: Business casual or semi-formal
Each guest is responsible for the cost of their meal.
Payments made on mypaymentsplus.
8th Grade Celebration
May 14th, 6:00 PM
Location: Columbus Public Library Auditorium
Students should arrive by 5:15 PM for line-up.
Families are invited to stay for a cupcake reception following the ceremony.
Graduation Practice #1
Device Return + Rehearsal
May 15th, 1:00–4:30 PM
Location: St. Mary’s Elementary School GYM
All seniors must attend to return all LVA-issued equipment: Chromebook, Charger, Case, MiFi device, Headphones
Graduation rehearsal will begin after device collection.
Students not participating in graduation may leave after all items are returned.
Graduation Practice #2
Final Dress Rehearsal
May 18th, 4:00–6:00 PM
Location: Carver High School Auditorium
Required for all seniors participating in graduation.
Students must bring cap and gown.
This is a full rehearsal of the graduation ceremony.
Senior Sunset
Monday, May 18, 2026 (following Graduation Practice)
Location: Banks Food Hall, Downtown Columbus
Time: 6:00–7:00 PM
Seniors may attend to spend time together before graduation.
LVA staff supervision ends at 7:00 PM. Students who remain afterward will do so independently.
Graduation
May 19th, 7:00 PM
Carver High School Auditorium
Seniors must report by 5:00 PM for check-in, dressing, and line-up.
All parents and guests must present a ticket for admission. Please have tickets ready upon arrival.
End of Year Bash
May 21, 2026, 11:00 AM–2:00 PM
Location: St. Mary’s Elementary School GYM
Attendance is required for all students grades 6-11 to return school-issued devices.
Students may stay for the event; full participation is optional.
